Untold Story
A Canadian pop-punk band with a strong melodic sense, Story Untold hail from Montreal, Quebec, where frontman Janick Thibault first found success via his widely streamed YouTube channel. Initially working as a solo project under the name Amasic, Thibault enlisted a group of friends in 2012 to record and perform as a band. By 2016, they'd garnered enough attention to net a deal with Hopeless Records, which released their debut EP, this time under the name Story Untold. Citing bands like Sum 41, Simple Plan, and Green Day as major influences, they offered up a tuneful and energetic sound that was expanded on their first full-length release, 2018's Waves.
