Savana Santos
Vocalist and songwriter Savana Santos first garnered buzz blending pop, country, and R&B sounds with the trio Avenue Beat. After the group parted ways, Santos went solo, penning tracks for others and releasing her single "Messy."
Born in Quincy, Illinois, Santos started writing songs in her teens. While still in high school, she formed the trio Avenue Beat with friends Sami Bearden and Sam Backoff. They moved to Nashville and signed with Big Machine Records imprint Valory Music Co., releasing their 2019 self-titled EP and a single, "Ruin That for Me." The following year, they scored a streaming and Top 40 hit with "F2020" and began work on their full-length album. However, during the recording process, Backoff decided to leave the band and by the time Debut Farewell arrived in 2021 the group had parted ways; something they explicitly comment on in an interlude track on the album itself. After the group broke up, Santos launched a solo career, penning songs for Bea Miller, JP Saxe, Sophia Messa, Little Big Town, and Riley Roth, among others. In June 2023, she released her debut solo single "Messy."
