Like Mike

Like Mike is the Belgian DJ and music producer Michael Karl Thiavios, born on December 2, 1985. Together with his brother Dimitrios Anastasios - both of Greek origin - they have formed the duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike since 2007. Their music belongs to the electro house genre. in 2015 and 2019, they were ranked number 1 in the top 100 DJs by the leading magazine DJ Mag, and number 2 in five other years. Initially becoming known for remixes for Snoop Dogg, Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez, they released their first single "Control" in 2009. in 2010, the duo founded their own record label Smash the House, where they not only released their own productions, but also artists such as Dada Life, Blasterjaxx and Twoloud. In the same year, they produced the official anthem for the Tomorrowland festival. They would remain associated with the festival in the years that followed. The track "Mammoth" , created in 2013 in collaboration with German producer Moguai, made it into the German, French and Dutch charts and enabled them to embark on their first world tour. From 2014, they performed together with DJ Steve Aoki under the name 3 Are Legend. Numerous remixes and collaborations with Fatboy Slim, Avicii, Armin van Buuren and Afrojack, among others, followed, establishing the duo as a permanent fixture in the house genre. in 2016, they performed at the Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen in front of around 40-60 thousand people. A year later, the song "Complicated " was released, which was created in collaboration with David Guetta and Kiiara and went platinum in Belgium. in 2019, her track "Instagram" reached double platinum status in Belgium. in 2021, the single " Heard About Me" was released, together with Felix Jaehn.
