Finlay

The Austrian DJ duo Darius & Finlay consists of Johann Gmachl and Christian Gmeiner and was founded in 2008. The duo made their musical breakthrough a year later with their debut single "Destination" featuring US singer Nicco. In Austria, the song reached 53rd place in the charts. In summer 2010, the debut compilation Do It All Night Vol. 1 is released and reaches the top 10 of the charts in Germany and Austria. The single "Zeig Mir 10 (Explode 3)" with Shaun Baker and the Seaside Clubbers is a hit and one of the official World Cup final songs of 2010. The DJ duo follows up this success with the second EP Do It All Night Vol. 2 in July 2011. It reached number 8 in Austria and number 12 in Germany. In June 2013, the two DJs released their debut album Summer Is Here with the single "Bang Bang" , including a collaboration with Ron Caroll. Further singles are released in the following years, for example the cover of the hit "San Francisco" (2015) with Tom Borijn, which climbs to 12th place in the Austrian charts. In mid-March 2022, the single " Mein kleines Herz (Bam Bam)" with MartinBepunkt and Shaun Baker is released, which reaches the top 20 of the German singles charts straight away.
