Endzone

Endzone, who successfully keeps his real name a secret, has been playing drums since he was a teenager. However, he soon transferred his sense of rhythm to the mixing desk and became a sought-after producer in the German-speaking hip-hop scene towards the end of the 2010s. The sound artist, who was born and grew up in Switzerland but later became successful in the German capital, belongs to the so-called Berlin New Wave: staccato-like banlieu trap backdrops, deep house borrowings and cool lo-fi approaches are part of his basic repertoire. Endzone 2020 became known to a wider audience through his beats for the tracks "Wedding Boyz" and "Keine Zeit" by 65Goonz. In the same year, 2020 also saw the release of his first solo sampler, on which he was able to count on support from underground MCs such as O.G. Pezo ("Harekets") and OSAMA ("Saruch"). The single release "61Grad" (feat. TM) reaches number 25 in the charts. in 2021, Endzone released the follow-up 2021: Dear Summer. On board this time: Ski Aggu ("Viva Musikvideo"), cashcarli ("Armband") and Zekki & Anja ("Kirikou").
