Nadine Lustre

With over six million followers on Instagram, Nadine Lustre is a Filipino actress-turned singer who is now one of the country's most popular celebrities. She was born in Quezon City in 1993 and by the age of nine had secured a slot as a child presenter on a TV show for the state TV and radio network RPN. Throughout her early teenage years she worked in TV and radio on various popular shows until in 2009 she launched her singing career as a member of the Pop Girls, an all-girl band created by her management company Viva Entertainment.

In 2014 Lustre launched her solo career with the release of her self -titled debut album. The album spawned a series of hit singles, three of them being a collaboration with the Australian-Filipino TV reality star James Reid, who later went on to become Lustre's partner both on the screen and in private life.

Whilst pursuing her career as a singer, Lustre has maintained her presence in TV and film productions and in doing so has become one of the most recognisable faces of the Philippines. On the back of this success, she has also launched a popular range of cosmetics and perfume.
