Jeans
Mexican teen pop sensation Jeans were formed in 1995, making their debut with the release of a self-titled album in 1996, featuring the foursome's first hits: "Pepe," "Me Pongo Mis Jeans," and "Talvez." That same year, the female act achieved a Heraldo award for Revelation of the Year. After issuing Porque Disimular, Paty (born Patricia Sirvent Barton), Karla (born Karla Haideé Díaz-Leal Arrequín), Angie (born María de los Angeles Taddei Cella), and Regina (born Regina Murguía Payes) successfully started touring around Mexico. In 1999, //:tr3s.jeans consolidated their popularity.
