The Storm
Several years after splitting from Journey, keyboardist Gregg Rolie launched a solo career, before co-founding a similarly styled, mainstream pop outfit -- the Storm. Although the group failed to match Journey's monstrous commercial success, they did score a hit single with the track "I've Got a Lot to Learn About Love," which hit number 13 on the Billboard singles chart in 1992. The group issued a pair of full-length albums, 1991's self-titled release and 1996's Eye of the Storm, before Rolie split up the band to return to his solo career.
