twocolors
Twocolors are a Berlin-based electronic music duo formed in 2015 by Emil Reinke and Pierro Pappacio. Falling somewhere in between EDM and chill-out, the group’s oeuvre perfectly balances their pop influences with dance music trends throughout the world. After meeting by chance at a party, the duo started recording, producing, and releasing their own material inspired by artists like Calvin Harris and Mark Ronson. They made their official debut in 2015 with the singles “Places” and “Follow You,” both of which accumulated millions of plays across different streaming platforms. In the following years, the duo remained as prolific as ever, collaborating with German singer Anna Naklab on 2017’s “Dust” and with Australian hard rock outfit The Dead Daisies on the track “Mexico” in 2019. In 2020, they released a deep house cover of The Cardigans’ 1990s hit “Lovefool,” which received tons of praise in the EDM blogosphere and spawned an accompanying video that received millions of views on their YouTube channel.
