Клава Кока
The Russian singer Klava Koka (Russian: Клава Кока) was born on July 23, 1996 as Klavdiya Vadimovna Vysokova in Ekaterinburg and grew up there. As a teenager, she moved with her family to the capital Moscow and studied administration and public service at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service after graduating from school. In 2012, she took part in the Ya-artist singing competition and reached the final. The artist released her debut album Kusto online in March 2015 and took part in the TV show Glavnaya Stsena, the Russian equivalent of The X Factor. In the same year, she took part in the casting show Molodaya krov and won the Russian Black Star. In 2017, Klava Koka starts her own channel on a well-known video platform, where she posts cover versions of international songs that she sings in Russian. in 2019, the singer receives the Russian television prize High Five! National Television Award and the Russian music prize Muz-TV Award in 2021. At the end of 2019, the second album Neprilichno o lichnom was released with the songs "Vlyublena v MDK" and "Mne pokh", the latter a collaboration with the Russian rapper Morgenshtern. The album presents Kava Koka's change in musical style from country singer to pop singer. in 2020, she released the single "Krash" with Niletto, rising to 33rd place in the Russian charts. In 2021, she is voted one of the 30 most promising Russians by Forbes Russia magazine and the singles "Katastrofa" and "Khochesh" with Aleksandr Revva are released.
