Nachdem das Magazin Diapason es "ein in jeder Hinsicht wunderbares Album" nannte, schloss die Rezension von „Suite Case Geigenduos von Vivaldi bis Sollima“ mit der Frage: "Wann können wir uns auf die zweite Folge freuen?" Statt dem Geiger Stefano Barneschi ist in diesem neuen Projekt der Cellist Giovanni Sollima aus Palermo nicht nur als Komponist, sondern auch als ausführender Künstler zu hören. Giovanni Sollima und Chiara Zanisi bewegen sich zwischen den Epochen und Genres, zwischen Klassik und Folk (die "Old Scots Tunes" von Francesco Barsanti), mit zwei bisher nicht aufgenommenen Juwelen des römischen Komponisten Giovanni Battista Costanzi. Die gesamte Aufnahme ist mit Stücken aus "Suite Case", einem von Sollima speziell für dieses Projekt komponierten Zyklus, durchwoben.
