Philippe Papineau has been a journalist for around twenty years. He has covered the music scene for Le Devoir and L’nouvelle, in addition to participating in numerous Radio-Canada radio shows. It was on the airwaves of the Montreal community station CIBL 101.5 FM that he developed, with the show Franco Phil, the passion for introducing others to the talent of little-known musicians.
