Will Sparks
Will Sparks is a DJ from Melbourne, Australia who rose to prominence in 2013 with the success of the single 'Bring It Back'. The single was a collaboration with fellow DJ and countryman Joel Fletcher and became an Australian club hit eventually going on to become certified platinum.
Born in 1993, Sparks dropped out of school to pursue a career in music and has become known as one of the main exponents of a style of regionally popular house music known as Melbourne Bounc'. His popularity as a DJ has led him to tour America, Europe and Asia and he has performed at top music festivals including Stereosonic, Tomorrowland and Future Music. In 2017 Sparks was embroiled in some controversy when it was revealed the promotional video for his track 'Take Me' consisted almost entirely of footage lifted without permission from the Academy Award-nominated short film 'Requiem for Romance', although Sparks claimed he was unaware that a copyright infringement had taken place.
