Victor Ma

Victor Ma, born on March 20, 1996 in New York City, U.S.A, is a Chinese-American singer and rapper. Ma honed his musical talents at Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and the University of Southern California, where he competed in numerous singing competitions, however it was his second-place finish in the popular talent show The Coming One that catapulted him into the spotlight. In 2017, he collaborated with Chinese singer Vin Zhou on "Halo, It's Me" before releasing live album Author (2017) followed by solo single "I Am Awake," (2017). Throughout 2018, Ma collaborated with a number of high-profile Chinese celebrities, such as Jiang Shuying and He Jie on various television theme songs including "The Next Love" (from Mr. Right) and “Micro World” (from Only Side by Side with You). His debut EP Untitled was released on September 16, 2019 which he followed with a string of singles throughout 2020, including “Do My Thing,” “Fox Hunt” (feat. Pax Congo) and "You're All I Need," (feat. Emma Dumont), releasing his second EP, The Textbook in December. Ma's long-awaited debut album, Ma*N, appeared in 2022, included popular singles "Bonnie and Clyde" and "Play It Cool" and in 2023, he was invited to collaborate with the D.N.A Music Alliance on "DNA Cyper II" featuring Lay Zhang, Danko, and Vinida Weng, which charted at number 66.
