Sophie Rose
When Sophie Rose released her debut single "Two Young Lovers" in October 2017, she already had years of professional songwriting experience behind her -- a rarity for a singer/songwriter who had just turned 17. Inspired by Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, Sophie Rose began writing songs when she was nine and, as a tween, she signed to a publishing deal with Dr. Luke's Prescription Songs and Ester Dean. Rose began getting songs placed in 2015, with "Friends Forever" appearing in MasterCard ads. In 2016, her co-composition "Aces High" appeared on the TV show Empire, but 2017 is when she gained momentum as a recording artist thanks to "Limitless," a Sam F song featuring her vocals. Earning ten million streams across a variety of platforms, "Limitless" set up the October release of "Two Young Lovers."
