It is well known - two heads are better than one. The Black Keys, the Kills, She & Him, and White Stripes and a few others know it's true. In 2014, Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher also acknowledged this fact with a first album, titled with the name of their double act: Royal Blood. With bass and drums, the two Englishmen unleashed a tsunami of rock'n'roll based on such august influences as Led Zeppelin, Queens Of The Stone Age, Rage Against The Machine, T-Rex and... the White Stripes. With How Did We Get So Dark?, Kerr et Thatcher have proved that they've got enough magic potion left for a second glass. With their minimalist approach to hardware, Royal Blood don't seem content to throw simple uppercuts, preferring to write real songs.
