Yojiro Noda

Yojiro Noda (野田洋次郎, Noda Yōjirō, born 5 July 1985 in Tokyo), is a Japanese singer, songwriter, musician, producer, and actor who rose to prominence as the frontman and guitarist for J-rock behemoths Radwimps. He was inspired to pick up the guitar after discovering Oasis in junior high school and joined Radwimps in 2001, acting as the primary vocalist and writing all of the band's music and lyrics. In 2008, he made his foray into production with the song "Labrador" for Japanese singer Chara and five years later made his solo debut as Illion, releasing the Ubu album on Warner, which comprised four English-language tracks songs and four Japanese-language tracks: "Aiwaguma," "Gasshow," "Hiruno Hoshi" and "Mahoroba." The LP charted at number seven in Japan and was followed by 2016 effort P.Y.L, which went to number eight and was brought to the stage for a series of concerts that year. In 2019, Yojiro Noda composed the theme song "気まぐれ雲 "for the movie Day and Night and in 2024 teamed up with kZm for the pop-rap single "Evergreen."
