Steve Krase
Born in Brooklyn, New York, blues harp man and singer Steve Krase (rhymes with "ace") spent time in Ohio, California, and Louisiana before settling in Houston, Texas, where he became a fixture on the local blues and rock scene. Krase spent ten years as the harp player for regional favorites Jerry Lightfoot & the Essentials, moving on to a similar spot with Matt Leddy & the Meatcutters when the Essentials disbanded, and eventually formed his own band, Steve Krase & the In Crowd, releasing a debut album under that name, Easy Livin, in 2005, following it with Some Day in 2013 and Buckle Up in 2014.
