Says'z
Born in 1995 in the Comoros, Chanfi Salsalbyl, aka Says'z made a name for himself in 2016 with a daring remix of Drake's "One Dance", in which he included lyrics adapted in French, and attracted nearly three million curious viewers to the video he posted on social networks. Building on this successful first contact, he released his own tracks, which seduced with their inventive blend of Afropop and dancehall. In 2017, he released his first EP, XVI. But it was the following year that everything clicked, with an opening slot on Maître Gims' tour and, a few months later, the signing to the French rapper's label. This set the stage for the release of his first studio album.
