Durazno De Gala
Argentinean six-piece Latin/jazz band Durazno de Gala was a project created by talented guitarist Miguel Botafogo in 1985, making the group's debut with the release of Rhythm & Blues in 1987, followed by 1988's Banda de Garage, 1989's Asunto de Blues, and Piratas 1987-1989, released by Main Records. In 1991, Durazno de Gala had the opportunity to open for B.B. King while the King of Blues was touring South America and for Carlos Santana at Buenos Aires' Velez Sarsfield stadium in 1993. After issuing Una Vieja Historia, produced by Rinaldo Rafanelli in 1994, Durazno de Gala disbanded.
