Maranatha! Gospel
Maranatha! Gospel is an in-house musical collective for the praise & worship label Maranatha! Music. Founded in the 1971, the label has released dozens of self-produced albums over the decades with a variety of Maranatha ensembles. In the early 2010s, Maranatha began to issue new recordings of contemporary church favorites credited to Maranatha! Gospel, including 2015's Top 25 Gospel Praise Songs. Featuring songs penned by Andraé Crouch and Dottie Peoples, among others, Top 25 Gospel Praise Songs 2017 was released in late 2016 and reached the top of the Billboard Christian albums chart.
