Mangoo
The Swedish disc jockey and songwriter DJ Mangoo was born Mattias Brånn in Örbyhus, Sweden in 1983. As a young teenager he experimented with electronic music and rose to prominence with his hit 'Eurodancer' which became a global club hit at the turn of the millennium. When 'Eurodancer' was released Brånn was just 16-years-old and during the next decade he built on the success of the track by releasing eight albums culminating in 'Fanta & Rose' in 2010, an album he recorded with Mats and Anders Wängelin. One of his albums from this period was 'Musica' released in 2005 and this marked the beginning of a musical relationship between Brånn and the Italians musicians Paolo Menguzzi and Dino Melotti. One of the results of this collaboration was the song 'Era Stupendo', which became Switzerland's entry in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest.
In recent years there has been a resurgence of interest in the track 'Eurodancer' and a number of remixes have been released by various DJs.
