Colin Stough
Colin Stough is a Mississippi-raised singer/songwriter with a sound rooted in classic country and Southern rock. After appearing on season 21 of American Idol, he released his debut single, "I Still Talk to Jesus," in 2023.
Hailing from Gattman, Mississippi, Stough was drawn to music early on and bought his first guitar at ten years old. In 2020, the high schooler uploaded a cover of Chris Stapleton's "Cold" to his social media channel and amassed millions of streams. He gained even more followers with renditions of Elvis and Luke Combs songs, and in 2023, he tried out for season 21 of American Idol. He made it through after wowing the judges with his take on Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Simple Man" and made it into the Top Three, eventually losing out to winner Iam Tongi. Stough's first single, "I Still Talk to Jesus," appeared shortly after that, with "Bad Day" and "Promiseland" arriving later that year.
