Radioinactive
Part of the talented and often hilarious Dirty Loop collective, Radioinactive debuted on the West Coast rap scene in the mid-'90s by appearing with Log Cabin (aka 7 Imaginary Gypsys: Murs, Eligh, Scarub) and recorded a pair of well-received EPs (by the hip-hop underground at least), "Fotractor" and "Balance." Born Kamal Humphrey, he's appeared on plenty of records by his Dirty Loop/Mush companions, including the co-billed Busdriver/Radioinactive LP The Weather and the various-artists compilations Ropeladder 12 and Beneath the Surface. He released his proper debut, Pyramidi, in 2001 for Mush.
