Isak Danielson
A Swedish pop singer best known for soulful hits like "Broken" and "I Am Falling in Love," Isak Danielson was born in Gothenburg on August 27, 1997. He studied vocal music in London, where he lived for two years as an adolescent, and became a household name in his homeland while competing in The X Factor Sweden. Only 15 years old at the time, Danielson remained with the show throughout its 2012 season and ultimately finished in third place. "Long Live This Love," his debut single, was released in January 2014, followed in March 2015 by his first EP, Volume One. Volume Two arrived the following year, with both EPs showcasing Danielson's powerful voice and melodic songwriting. Chart success eluded him until 2018, when his debut album Yours peaked at Number 27 on Sweden's Sverigetopplistan chart and Number 1 on the country's iTunes albums chart. Yours also included the radio singles "I'm Falling in Love," which went gold in Sweden, and "Always," which gave Danielson his first Top 30 hit in Indonesia. After releasing another EP, Run to You, in 2019, he signed a major-label deal with Universal Music Group and returned in April 2020 with a second full-length album, Remember to Remember Me.
