Henry Krinkle

Estonian-born electronic producer Henry Krinkle traveled the world honing his contemporary house style, taking influences from the U.K. post-dubstep sounds from the likes of James Blake and Mount Kimbie. Having worked as a New York taxi driver and a teacher in Shanghai, Krinkle's experiences and exposure to new cultures ultimately inspired his music. During 2012 while in Shanghai, he began bringing his music to the local clubs, eventually creating the single "Stay." He relocated to L.A. and contributed regularly to Kitsuné and Black Butter record parties, as well as a host of headline performances. The following year he embarked on successful tours in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, including a notable slot at L.A. festival Hard Day of the Dead and a spot at Rob da Bank's U.K.-based Bestival. His growing reputation led him to performing at Texas industry showcase festival SXSW in 2014, and he signed with dance label Ultra, who formally released his U.K. Top 40 single "Stay."
