Drippin'
DRIPPIN (formerly W Project 4) is a seven-piece boy group formed by Woollim Entertainment in 2020. Comprised of members Yunseong, Minseo, Dongyun, Hyeop, Alex, Junho, and Changuk, the South Korean group debuted with 2020 mini-album Boyager.
Initially formed through reality show Produce X 101, the group that would go on to become DRIPPIN debuted as W Project 4, issuing the single “1M1S” in late 2019. The following year, Woollim Entertainment rebranded the group for their mini-album debut: as DRIPPIN, the group’s seven members participated in reality show We Are Drippin, which gave fans insight into the group’s creative process. Their debut arrived with October 2020’s Boyager, a mini-album that landed at number eight on the Gaon Albums Chart. A prolific 2021 saw the group issue their charting second mini-album A Better Tomorrow (also number eight) and debut single album Free Pass (number six), alongside picking up nominations for awards including the Gaon Chart Music Awards, Golden Disc Awards, Asia Artist Awards, and Mnet Asian Music Awards. In 2022, the group issued their third mini-album, Villain, and subsequent single album Villain: Zero.
