Tali Goya

Tali Goya, born Juan Miguel Villar on September 28, 1990, in the Dominican Republic, is a rapper and urban music artist known for blending hip-hop, trap, and reggaetón in his unique bilingual style. Raised by his mother in Washington Heights, New York, he was exposed to the hip-hop culture from an early age. At just 14, he began his musical journey, forming a reggaetón duo with Messiah, and later became known as El A.K.A. for his freestyle rap skills. His breakthrough came with tracks like "Fua Sako" alongside Lapiz Conciente. After parting ways with Messiah, Tali went solo and began releasing music independently. His collaboration with Arcángel on "Flow Cabron" in 2015 brought him significant attention in the Latin trap scene, paving the way for hits like "Keloke" and "No me wua dejar" featuring Bad Bunny. Tali Goya's controversial lyrics and flamboyant style have made him a standout in Latin urban music as he continued to rise with projects like Que Vivan Lo Tiger (2017), solidifying his status as a key figure in the movement. This was followed by other albums such as La Tiguerada (2018), Comida de Perro (2019), El Rey del Norte (2019), Plaga (2020), San Tali (2022), and Bandido (2023)
