Snollebollekes

Snollebollekes is a Dutch party band hailing from the village of Best, North Brabant. Founded in 2013 by comedian Rob Kemps and producers Jurjen Gofers and Maurice Huismans, the group is often associated with the carnival music scene from the Southern and Eastern regions of the Netherlands, performing a style popularly known as carnavalskraker. Shortly after forming, the trio performed the Low Franconian carnival song "Vrouwkes" on Radio Veronica, propelling the single to Number 11 on the Dutch Top 100. This was followed by the successful singles "Snollebolleke" (2014), "Alaafrojack" (2015), and "Feestmuts" (2016), all of which were included in the group's 2017 studio debut ...En Door. The album went to Number 12 on the Dutch Albums Top 100 and even charted in Belgium, where it peaked at Number 39. Over the next few years, Snollebollekes became one of the most popular live acts in the Netherlands, selling out their 2019 GelreDome show in only 20 minutes and offering a viral performance of their 2015 single "Links Rechts" during the King's Day festivities in Breda. The trio's success carried over into the following years with singles such as "Beuk de ballen uit de boom" (2020), "Non stop vol d'r op" (2021), and "Hullemaal Kapot" (2023), which hit Number 24 on the Dutch Tipparade.
