Scribe
A New Zealand hip-hop MC, Scribe (real name: Malo Luafutu), released his debut album, the Crusader, in 2003. Getting his start with P-Money, Scribe was also a member of Verse Two, and was the first artist to have a number one single ("Stand Up") and number one album (the aforementioned Crusader) on the New Zealand charts. Rhyme Book, Scribe's second album (notable for a collaboration with Talib Kweli), was released in late 2007 (September in Australia, October in New Zealand), and was a chart success.
