Rina
Born January 27, 1999 in Pejë, Kosovo, Muslim rapper, singer, and songwriter Rina Balaj – who goes by the stage name Rina – was discovered in 2015 on The X-Factor Albania. She made her chart debut as a featured vocalist on Endri’s 2017 single “Janari”. The single reached Number 6 on the Top Channel chart in Albania. In 2018, her debut solo single, “Per ty”, reached Number 31 on the Top Channel chart. Her second single, “Ska konkurenc” (featuring Fero) rose to Number 2. “Mami”, her third release, made the Top 40, hitting Number 33. Her fifth single, “Gigi” (featuring Sin Boy), failed to chart in Albania but hit Number 2 in Greece. Also, in 2018, she also lent her vocals to K Koke’s single “Down On Me”. Rina continued to release singles in 2019 that included guest features from Fuego, Adelina Ismajli, Blake, and Koston.
