Monica Mancini
The daughter of the legendary composer Henry Mancini, vocalist Monica Mancini made her professional debut at age 14, later touring backed by her late father's orchestra. Her self-titled debut LP followed in 1998 and sophomore effort Dreams of Johnny Mercer was released two years later. Much of her work was influenced by vintage film music, so in 2002 Mancini put together a covers album called Cinema Paradiso featuring her favorite music from movies.
