Dallas Wayne
From Springfield, MO, Wayne sings straight-up honky-tonk that's too plain-spoken and realistic to stand a chance of getting marketed by Nashville. His 2000 HMG/HighTone release, Big Thinkin', was co-produced by Robbie Fulks, who also contributed acoustic guitar and harmony vocals; the backing band consisted of members of Springfield band the Skeletons. A sophomore effort Invisible Man was issued in spring 2001.
