Bronz
This band was the first to be launched on the US market by the UK-based Bronze Records. The five musicians that co-operated in this marketing ploy were from Bath, England, and were ex-Nightwing vocalist Max Bacon, guitarists Chris Goulstone and Shaun Kirkpatrick, bass player Paul Webb and drummer Carl Matthews. In spite of using four producers and an embarrassingly large budget, their debut album was a ramshackle affair that was inferior to the well-established outfits of the genre. After one album, the band split, with Bacon going on to achieve success with GTR. They briefly reunited in the new millennium to play some UK shows.
