Bekah Kelso
Singer/songwriter Bekah Kelso began her music career in San Antonio, TX, by appearing in musical productions as a child. Thanks to her strong performances and powerful voice, Kelso was soon fielding invitations to perform solo at a number of venues throughout the city. After high school, she moved to Austin and earned a spot as a backup singer for the band Dreamtrybe. Touring with the group throughout the United States gave Kelso the experience needed to embark on a solo career, and in 2005 she wrote and recorded her first demo. Two years later, she released the Prelude to Mud EP. Kelso's full-length debut album was planned for 2008.
