Backbone
Affiliated with the Atlanta-based Dungeon Family collective -- led by Organized Noize, OutKast, and Goodie Mob -- Backbone emerged with his solo debut in the wake of OutKast's Stankonia-fueled crossover success. The album, Concrete Law, hit the streets in 2001, led by the single "5 Deuce, 4 Tre," and featured numerous appearances by the extended Dungeon Family.
