Andrea Koziol

Relatively seasoned on the Canadian folk and coffeehouse folk circuit, this "chick singer and songwriter" studied piano as an early child. Learning her craft slowly while also participating in other creative projects, including puppetry, she was a member of Chesterfield Inlet, a pop/folk/jazz group who released Mario Russell in 1995. Having played various folk festivals and other Canadian music industry conferences, including the Vancouver Folk Festival and the North By Northeast Festival, Koziol has released two jazz and folk mixed albums, including Coming of Age in 1998, as well as Simple in 2001.
