Edwin
Canadian singer Edwin grew up in Toronto and was a founding member of I Mother Earth in 1990. He stayed with the group seven years, participating on its two albums, Dig (1993) and Scenery & Fish (1996), also serving as vocalist on Rush member Alex Lifeson's solo album, Victor (1996). In September 1997, he announced his departure from I Mother Earth. He signed to Sony Music Canada and recorded his debut solo album, Another Spin Around the Sun, which was released in Canada April 27, 1999. It was a considerable success, spawning four singles. In July 2000, Columbia Records released Another Spin Around the Sun in the U.S.
