Universal's budget-priced Silver Spectrum Collection collects ten tracks from the influential California Brits (and Scott Walker launching pad) the Walker Brothers, including the radio staples "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore" and "Joanna," as well as "Archangel," Scott's first self-penned foray into the murky chamber pop that would dominate his solo career. That said, there are far better Walker Brothers compilations out there, like 2000's Singles Plus, 2003's After the Lights Go Out: The Best of 1965-1967, and 2006's mammoth Everything Under the Sun box set.
