This aptly named compilation collects highlights from some of Purple's worst albums (mostly released in the late '80s and early '90s), including the band's brief hiring of erstwhile Rainbow singer Joe Lynn Turner, which, with no disrespect to Turner himself, was reviled as misguided and in very poor taste. Don't be fooled by the few '70s classics contained here -- all of which are uninspired live versions from the same era -- stay away.
