For the 11th year in a row, indie rapper Tech N9ne gifted fans with a full-length set, adding the 23rd official album to his discography with ASIN9NE. Let's get this out of the way at the outset: yes, this is the one with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson making his emcee debut ("Face Off"). Like that actor and former wrestler's superhuman musculature, ASIN9NE is a typically beefy, oversized, and intimidating outing by Tech and friends, delivering a consistently aggressive and menacing helping of hardcore rap for the underground crowd. In addition to the Rock, ASIN9NE welcomes guests Lil Wayne ("Too Good"), Snow Tha Product ("No See Umz"), E-40 ("Clydesdale"), and over a dozen more.
