Ashley
Mostly influenced by popular Puerto Rican singer and actress Iris Chacón, Ashley (also known as La Chica Bomba [The Bomb Girl]) began her successful career while leading a tropical music band called Las Chicas del Clan. Her debut as a solo artist came in 1997 with the release of Yo Soy La Bomba, featuring the hit single "La Chica Bomba." Yo Soy La Reina followed that same year. A live performance along with Elvis Crespo and 1999's Abrázame became her international breakthrough, supported by a Latin American and U.S. tour.
