Though he’s best known for the immortal, dancehall packing anthems “Ring The Alarm” and “Fever,” reggae icon Tenor Saw has a wealth of classic material in his discography that has only recently been made available to an international audience. Tenor Saw’s incendiary 1985 collaboration with the less famous but similarly gifted DJ Nitty Gritty contains some of his finest material, including two jaw-dropping early takes on “Ring The Alarm”.
