Mocedades' Personalidad: 20 Exitos features most of the Spanish pop group's biggest hits from the 1970s and '80s, including "Amor Del Hombre," "Tómame O Déjame," "Ay Amor," and "Las Palabras." While most of the songs here are originals, some covers, such as "Asi Fue Nuestro Amor," a cover of John Denver's "Annie's Song," add some diversity while staying in the soft rock/pop vein of the rest of the band's work. Other highlights include "Cuando Te Miro," "Con lo Que Yo Te Quiero," and "Donde Estas Corazon." One of the better Mocedades compilations available, Personalidad: 20 Exitos offers enough breadth and depth to make it worthwhile for most of its fans.
