British band Bear's Den have for some time been firmly regarded as one to watch on the scene, long before the release of this, their 2014 debut album, Islands. The album puts the London-based group in the same bracket as their folk contemporaries such as Mumford & Sons and Noah and the Whale. This full-length debut, which remains faithful to the band's banjo-infused folk-pop sound, includes the lead single "Elysium."
