Pasocom Music Club

Pasocom Music Club, also known as パソコン音楽クラブ, is a synth-pop band from Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The duo was formed in 2015 by Aoi Shibata and Masato Nishiyama. After buying vintage synthesizers from a pawn shop, the two began releasing their songs to Soundcloud, mixing J-pop, EDM, and dance music into a unique sound. The debut EP Park City was released in 2017, with the band's self-released independent album, Dream Walk, following in June 2018. Although the album failed to chart, it kickstarted the band's momentum on the Oricon charts, with continued with 2019's Night Flow. Hitting Number 49 in Japan, Night Flow was followed by the Ambience EP, which arrived in 2020 and found the duo experimenting with ambient house music. Pasocom Music Club's third album, See-Voice, hit Number 45 in October 2021. A pair of EPs — Depot (Vol. 1) and Depot (Vol. 2) — arrived in early 2023, laying the foundation for the band's fourth LP, Fine Line. Featuring the singles "KICK&GO" and "Day After Day," Fine Line hit Number 17 on the Oricon chart on the day of its release in May 2023, with the album itself hitting Number 36 on the Japanese Albums chart.
