Matt Sassari
Born Matthieu Piacentile on 8 March 1992 in Marseille, French DJ and dance music producer Matt Sassari developed a taste for electronic music as a teenager and began producing his own work in the early 2010s, debuting in 2012 with "Wondernuts." He has put out tech house and house releases for labels including CR2, Truesoul, Panterre Musique, Terminal M, Intec, and Relief Matts. Junk Modul arrived in 2016 via Spliced Vinyl Recordings and in 2019 he went to the top of the Beatport chart with "Put A Record On." In 2021, he recorded his take on Timbaland’s 2007 track "Give It to Me" featuring Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake and released several singles in 2022, including "The Voodoo Babe" featuring CHRSTPHR. 2023 saw the release of his "El Sueno" edit by Hugel featuring Cumbiafrica and "Sleepwalking."
