The self-titled debut album from this Marseilles native was inspired by Caribbean and American grassroots music. Sung in both Spanish and English, the tracks evoke calypso, folk, and reggae. While comparisons have been drawn between Jehro and fellow French crooner Manu Chao, Jehro's voice is all his own, straight from an island paradise. From "Everything" to "All I Want," each track is track is smooth and sweet.
