For many, "La Balsa" was the big-bang of Argentinean rock. That song, which opens los Gatos Inolvidables RCA: 20 Grandes Exitos, brought rock sung in Spanish to the wider audiences, and became one of the scene's hymns. This volume contains 20 songs created from 1967 to 1970 and extracted from singles and studio albums. During that time los Gatos created great albums and songs that were going to become classics: "La Balsa," "Viento Dile a la Lluvia," and Moris' "Ayer Nomás." This "best of" is a great place to start.
