Alongside SZA, Wynton Marsalis, Gorillaz and the Roots, the Brooklyn-based singer and flautist covers pieces from the last century by Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Dinah Washington and Sarah Vaughan, dressed up with neo-soul production, hip hop beats, samples and a bit of light electronics.
